Hotel Workout - 20 different dumbbell exercises, 15 reps each
Hampton Inns most always has a rack of dumbbells and pull up bar station. I have found you can complete most CrossFit type workouts in their workout rooms and parking lot.
15 reps each of the following all with dumbbells. Weights varied between #25 and #50. Use the heaviest weight you can for 15 reps on each.

Sit up and twist L/R/Center =1 #35
